The Hive Wakefield is an award-winning coworking and meeting venue based just five minutes from junction 39 off the M1 Motorway and minutes from the M62 in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
Just 2 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Wakefield city centre, and only 20 minutes drive to Leeds, we are in a fantastic location. Central to surrounding business districts and cities, the Hive is tucked away within its very own tree-lined, landscaped grounds offering plenty of free parking.
Background
This serviced office space belongs to PAB Studios, a thriving Publicity, Advertising, and Brand agency that currently occupy the lower floor of the building. PAB Studios have owned the office for over 6 years, however, due to a reduction of workforce during the 2020 pandemic, PAB decided to utilise the unused rooms to create Wakefield's most appealing and inviting coworking space.
Built back in 1979, this interesting and quirky office was awarded the Wakefield Councils Annual design award in the 1980s for its then futuristic features and landscaped grounds.
Our Spaces
The Hive boasts 2 luxurious meeting rooms both equipped with 65inch interactive SMART board TVs, high spec furniture, and luxurious interiors. There are also seven private offices, twelve co working spaces, and plenty of zoom-friendly workspaces. Our facilities include a kitchen and dining room and comfortable spaces for breakouts and relaxation.
